What is a USCIS Regional Center?

The USCIS EB-5 Immigration Program promotes the funding of domestic businesses with foreign capital investment to create domestic jobs, while offering a quick path to Permanent Residency (Green Card) status to the foreign investor family. The program is currently reapproved with a new Congressional authorization.

Enacted by Congress in 1991 and administered by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program was created with the objective of encouraging foreign nationals to invest in the United States economy. The EB-5 program as renewed under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022,  provides for admission to permanent United States residency to qualified foreign investors who contribute to the economic growth of the U.S. by investing capital in new, restructured, or expanded businesses in the U.S. and in turn create or preserve employment for U.S. workers. The EB-5 Regional Center Program was revised and renewed by Congress for a new 5-year term in March of 2022.;

The goal of the Regional Center Program is to stimulate economic growth in its specified geographic area by directing the increased capital investment toward increasing regional productivity, expanding export sales, creating new jobs

Projects affiliated with an approved Regional Center such as Florida EB-5 Quantum,  are allowed to calculate rather than count the project's job creation. That typically includes the indirect and induced jobs in other industries that expenditures and revenues impact and typically results in far greater job creation, which can support greater EB-5 funding for your project.
