Under Kat’s direction, we provide corporate and immigrant investor legal documentation consistent with EB-5 and related green card visa approval requirements. Kat holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. Having held senior positions in management and marketing prior to earning her J.D., Kat also brings a depth of business experience to our Team. Kat has authored supporting business and legal documents for scores of successful EB-5 Project and Regional Center applications.
