If your project is affiliated with our Regional Center, you do not need to rely only on counting your employees for the required job creation. Instead, we'll calculate the economic impact of your project's expenditures and revenues,  resulting in maximum impact and greater job creation. That means your project will support more investors and gain greater EB-5 funding potential.

To file your project under a Regional Center, you will need an Economic Impact Analysis, which uses accepted economic methodology to calculate rather than count your project's job creation. And it's generally much more effective at showing a greater job creation to support greater investment. Projects need a "Matter of Ho" compliant EB-5 Business Plan to support your application which must follow prescribed criteria and cover the required supporting evidence for project approval. We've done hundreds and we have a 100% approval track record.

With recent changes to the regional center program, single investor family projects are filing all or part of their project as a "Basic/Direct" investment without the need for regional center affiliation or an Impact Analysis, which can offer certain projects some unique advantages and cost savings.
